FAQs
How many people are in each class?
Our classes are intentionally small, with a maximum of 8 students, to ensure personal attention and preserve the peaceful nature of our space. Early booking is encouraged!
Where should I park?
Please park only in the designated spots marked with cones. This helps us be respectful of neighbors and maintain a smooth flow for arrivals. If you’re unsure, just ask when you arrive!
Is there a restroom on-site?
Yes — the bathroom is located inside the main house, just a short walk from the studio. We recommend arriving a few minutes early if you’d like to use it before class.
Do I need to bring my own mat or props?
You’re welcome to bring your own, but we have mats, bolsters, blocks, and blankets available for you to use.
What if I need to cancel?
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance so someone else can take your spot. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged a $10 cancellation fee.
What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. We also recommend bringing water and a light layer for savasana or cooler weather.
